Gingerbeard cancellation policy
Outside 24hr cancellation - no penalty due.
Inside 24hr cancellation penalty - 50% of total appointment cost - to be paid at next appointment.
Missed appointments - 100% of total appointment cost - to be paid at next appointment.
If 15+ minutes late with no prior notice then appointment will be cancelled and treated as a missed appointment (see above.)
